Watermedia uses watercolors, watercolor paper, hand-cut stamps and other artistic tools to create unique artworks. Judy Wilder-Dalton, an accomplished East Texas watermedia artist, will teach an introductory demonstration on cutting your own stamps and creating a watermedia piece.
